I simulate running with my legs and it actually feels much less sickness. My head moves while I simulate running and for some reason my brain thinks I am actually walking in vr. I put a chair near me and with my left hand I touch the chair so that I know I am not moving somewhere while I do the simulated run or walk. Give it a try, it works for me so it might work for you. Also you do some cardio.
